Brisket Leftovers – Brisket Omelet

What you will need:

  • Brisket
  • 2-3 Eggs

Heat up a skillet on medium heat. Mix the eggs like you would for a normal omelet. Add the brisket and warm it up until it starts to char a little bit. Once you have all the meat warmed up, add the eggs and keep moving it until they are all cooked. Top with some cheese if you want and enjoy!
