NSNG – Day 2 of 30

Ok so day two, I got some good advice from people in a nsng group that I am a part of. I need to add more calories, today was more like yesterday but I will do better tomorrow…

Breakfast

  • Coffee with heavy whipping cream
  • 6 pieces of salami wrapped around cheese

Lunch

  • Bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato 
  • 1 Avocado 

Dinner

  • Pulled pork
  • Lettuce 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Cheese 
  • Avocado
