NSNG – Day 3 of 30

Day three, moving along. My dog passed away so I derailed for a few days, that’s the big spike. I decided I wouldn’t let that hurt me more so that’s what started the 30 plan. I’m down 8lbs!! Pics to prove it.

Breakfast

  • Eggs
  • Sausage
  • Coffee and cream

Lunch

  • Cobb salad from Toss & Chop

Dinner

  • Peppers filled with Steak, mushrooms, onions, garlic, avocado, and sour cream.
