NSNG – Day 4 of 30

The struggle is real…. day 4. I didn’t eat any sugar or grains but I ate like crap.

 

Breakfast

  • Coffee with heavy whipping cream

Lunch

  • A “Cobb”ish salad.
    • Lettus
    • Hard boiled egg
    • chicken
    • cheese
    • almonds

Dinner

  • Cheese
  • Pork Roll (2 slices)

If you aren’t from the north east you might not know what pork roll is… think a slice of Bologna but almost 1/2in thick.
