NSNG – Day 6 of 30

I signed up for Prep Dish, they have Paleo and Gluten free meals. I think it will be a better set of meals then what I have been eating this past week.

Breakfast

  • Sausage
  • Eggs
  • Cheese

Lunch

  • Hot dogs, no buns and no ketchup

Dinner

  • Flounder
  • Shrimp

And a little slip, I had about 4oz of a pina colata… I was at a party and couldn’t help my self. But back to basics again tomorrow
